1. Although the font is very small, the products supplied by the wholesale suppliers of ball bearing are printed with steel printing technology, and the font is pressed before heat treatment. Therefore, although the font is small, it has deep concave and very clear. Generally, the fonts of counterfeit products are not only blurred, but also floating on the surface because of rough printing technology. Some of them can be easily erased by hand or have serious manual traces.
3. Check for noise. The left hand holds the inner sleeve of the bearing, and the right hand swings the outer sleeve slightly to rotate it, listening to whether there is noise during the operation of the bearing. Due to the backward production conditions of most counterfeit products and the complete manual workshop operation, impurities such as dust and sand will inevitably be mixed into the bearing body during the production process, so when the bearing rotates, there will be noise or the operation is not smooth. This is the key to judging whether the product comes from a brand product of a regular manufacturer with strict production standards and machine operation.
4. Whether the chamfer is even or not. The so-called chamfering of bearings is the junction of the horizontal and vertical surfaces.
