Standard insert bearings are the most common type of insert bearings. Their rings and balls are generally made of SAE 52100 chrome bearing steel, and the retainers are made of steel or polymer. They share the same materials as standard deep groove ball bearings, with high precision and high-quality manufacturing processes. The raceway of standard insert bearing is hardened, ground and honed. The surface of rings can be treated with a black oxide finish to achieve the effect of rust prevention. The standard sealing ring is a positive contact, polymer cover with an integral trash guard. Also, a metal shield can be used as the seal. We can provide regular size products, inner ring diameter range , outer ring diameter range, include metric and inch series.
