ISUTAMI provides optimized special rolling ball bearings for each application. The optimization includes the dimension and tolerance of each component, appearance structure, manufacturing material, accuracy and clearance degree, vibration and noise level, sealing and lubrication design, surface treatment, torque, etc. We provide customers technical assistance and calculation support through a team of professional engineers as well as the laboratory with a complete range of inspection equipment, to seek for the optimal solution when the following bearing requirements are required: reduced friction, increased radial or axial stiffness, compactness (reduction in size and weight), increased life and support for high loads. According to the diversified requirements from customers, we can design, mold, and mass-customized ball bearing products, such as ball bearings with flanged or extended rings, ball bearings with keyway rings, etc. All the bearing precision levels range from ABEC-1 to ABEC-7.
